Bloated no more

I take this product after every meal due to the fact that I was diagnosed with gastritis and acid reflux. There where alot of things that I didn't want to give up, including coffee. Since I started drinking these probiotics my stomach does not get bloated and the pain has lessened considerably. I will keep taking them because I feel they have a cumulative effect.
The effect was not instantaneous, but gradually the symptoms did diminish.
