This is a great product! After I started taking this product, I noticed less incidences of irregularity and bloating. I also experienced less stomach aches since taking acidophilus. Remember to take the recommended dose daily. I feel healthier when I take acidophilus. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!

I take acidophilus on a regular basis and it is highly effective. Taking this supplement prevents me from getting yeast related problems. It also helps keep me from getting bloated and other intestinal problems. It is easy to use with no side effects or stomach upset. Would definitely use it again.
Great for lactose intolerant people.

I only usually take Lactobacillus when I'm on antibiotics because antibiotics make my stomach feel really uneasy (diarrhea, gas, bloating, cramps). The first time I tried Lactobacillus, took a supplement that had lactose in it, and it caused even more stomach pain because I am lactose intolerant. With this product, I didn't feel any cramps or gas or bloating while I was on penicillin. I didn't feel any of the side effects I normally feel with antibiotics. I highly recommend it to anyone who is lactose intolerant who might be on medications that cause stomach abnormalities.
Great--especially for travelers!

I take this all the time, and especially when I'm traveling. It really protects against the dreaded "traveler's tummy", and helps when one is eating and drinking unfamiliar foods and beverages. I also especially appreciate that it's lactose free, since I have a slight lactose intolerance.
