I have been using Ultimate 10 Probiotics from Vitamin Shoppe for almost a year and I have been impressed with the results.
I rarely get sick even when those random illnesses make their rounds throughout the flu season. If I do get sick it is never longer than 24 hours and I am back to normal. The probiotics seem to boost my immune system and kill off any bad bacteria fairly quick in my body.
From what I was told, this product also helps for people who are coming off antibiotics.
Also, it is hard to beat the price for 100 days worth of supplements.

I love Vitamin Shoppe products and this Probiotics is a good one. I started out taking probiotics after taking antibiotics for strep throat. I wanted to build up the good bacteria in my system again. I decided to take them all the time to boost my immune system. This a very affordable brand of probiotics.

This is a great product and it is affordable for a probiotic. Being ill for several years and having an overgrowth of yeast and re-occurring infections, I loose all good bacteria from taking antibiotics. Ultimate 10 has been my regular morning ritual with great results. Even if not taking antibiotics, I feel everyone needs this product.
