Detox Foot Pad - how do you know it is working???

Last Christmas, I bought everyone in my family a set of Detox Foot Pads. Everyone laughed at me but we all agreed to try them. Every morning we would get up and compare what the pads looked like. They all looked the same....really gross. I cannot say that I noticed a change in anything. We used all of them but did not buy anymore. The directions did say to continue them until you had clean pads the next morning. There is a chance we did not use them long enough.

I've heard these absolutly do not work. The black stuff on the pads is just a chemical reaction from sweat.
