Asparagus Extract

I am horrible about eating vegetables and asparagus rates as one of my least favorite. However, I was shocked to find out all the benefits for urinary health so I thought I better check into the supplements. I suffer from problems with my urinary tract so I have been on this product for around a month and a half and it seems to allow for better urinary function. Pills are not to bad to swallow either. The only downside is they are a bit pricey for a month supply.

Not as painful as asparagus

I personally dislike asparagus, and therefore this is SO much better in terms of taste, as there really is none. Whatever flavor there is, goes away when the product itself goes down. In terms of urinary tract health, I'm not sure about that, because I never had a problem with that before. I haven't seen a difference in that area. It is convenient, though, and if you've had problems in that area before, you might want to give this a try.
