Super Energy with Super Effect!!

This is a fantastic energy giving supplement for playing sports and high exercise activities. I would not recommend as your casual "pick me up" though for any so of desk activity because it almost gives you too much energy. The only minor problem I noticed is that my joints ached a bit after I was done using the product, which seemed to have nothing to do with the activity.
Can make you jittery, but works ok!

Sometimes I just need an extra boost before I go out on the weekends. I tried these for a while and I have to say that I did feel more energized, but a couple of times I would also get really jittery. Maybe it's just me, but that isn't a feeling that I enjoyed in social situations. But it's cheap and I definitely felt like I had more bounce in my step.

It gives me a lot more energy. I take two right before I eat and about 20 minutes before I work out. I can work out hard for over an hour without breaking a sweat. Days when I wouldn't take it, I would get tired after working out 30 minutes or less. Since it makes you burn more calories when you exercise (and I was dieting), I lost 6 pounds in the first week. I had never taken any type of pill like this, so it did great for me. People who are used to pills like this might not even be able to feel it. It didn't really make me less hungry. I wouldn't recommend eating whatever you want even if you do work out a lot with it. The only thing I didn't like much about it is that sometimes it can MAJORLY hype you up until you are jumping out of your skin. Don't take it if you are run down and very sleepy from not getting much sleep because it will make you feel terrible.

I used to take this, as it was cheaper than the Ripped Fuel from GNC. It works pretty much the same, although if you're not going to go running or do something that requires a lot of peppy-ness, I had to stop taking it. It's good for making you feel on edge, but it only lasts for a few hours and then you come down fast. I didn't feel comfortable taking it multiple times throughout the day.
Energy

I work 2 jobs. One is 3rd shift from 9pm-7:30 am, and the second is from 2pm-8pm. Well, in the beginning it was very hard to keep up with the work. I hardly stayed awake. After I started taking this great product, I feel like I have a lot of energy.
Works to an extent

For one thing it is inexpensive for the quantity you get. But when taking this (I used to work at the Vitamin Shoppe so we got an extra discount on all store brand items). I couldn't go to sleep rather than have a boost of energy. It felt more like concentrated caffeine to me. I don't know if you can consider that actual energy because I felt groggy during the time I couldn't sleep.
Not for me

Needing extra energy to get through the day I thought I'd give this product a try. Besides, it was a good price for a good brand name. In a way it worked for a few hours but then wore off quickly leaving me more tired than before I took the pill. In my opinion, and I can only speak from my experience with the product, it was not worth it even if it was free. I can just as easily grab a cup of coffee or a chocolate bar and get the same temporary energy boost.
Crash & Burn

My manager took this during the Christmas season to help work those long hours. At first, when they kicked in, she became almost overpowering with her energy. She was everywhere at once. Then, when they started to wear off, she became very irritable. After Christmas was over and she stopped taking them, she slept for like 15 hours. Talk about crash & burn!
Cheap

There are plenty of products out in the market that will keep you more energized but, this is an affordable product. It's cheap and it gets the job done. I would recommend this product for people with small wallets, but if you have the money go for something else.
Super energy letdown

This will raise your energy slightly but only for a short time. I've tried many other energy pills in the past and there are much, much better ones on the market right now. Don't waste your money on this one.

I had a friend who told me he was taking this, and I started noticing how much energy he had everyday. Then I saw how a couple of hours later he crashes. He complains he's more tired and exhausted then usual by the end of the day. I didn't think that this product was that great if it makes you crash later on.

I am a total sucker for anything from the Vitamin Shoppe, they are a totally superb brand, with low prices. The reason I picked this product up was because, I am attending school full time, with two kids. I needed something that would allow me to multitask efficently. This has really helped, not perfect, but I can use the extra boost this product gives.
Not worth the money

I tried this because the price was right, but I have to say that is the only thing right about it. I don't thing enough research went into this product, since it had virtually no effect on my workout endurance. I am done buying store brand immitation products after this.
Just didn't work for me

I am always looking for ways to boost my energy, and this one just didn't work for me. I didn't feel a noticeable boost after taking it, like I was looking for. Maybe I'm just expecting miracles.

I have tried lots of energy boosters and this is just like any of them. No, it's not the best, but I'll be honest, when I needed a boost for a project i was doing, this worked like a charm. Please note that you probably will crash after about a couple hours of using this.

I take this when I have a lot of work to do. This keeps you focused and energized. This is not my favorite thing for energy. They could have made this a lot better.
