Effective Supplement

The body's adrenal glands produce stress hormones, steroid hormones, and blood pressure-regulating hormones. The purpose of this product is to provide nutritional support for adrenal function by combining nutrients that are involved in hormone regulation.

I don't use this product myself, but my mother does, and she believes it helps to relieve stress when taken twice daily. It doesn't work right away, but it does when taken over a period of several weeks.

I think it is worth a try if you have a lot of stress in your life!
