These are awesome. I have TMJ and noticed that it wasn't as severe as b4 taking one of these packs a day. Also, it does give you a little extra pep in your step. However, the taste is a little strange, but I got really used to it fast.

I got to try this as one of my free samples. It actually worked, but, man, did it taste horrible! I think that is how it is with most herbal energy shots, though. It worked better than most, though.

As an avid athlete I take the thunder pouches wherever I go, they are great for before and after workouts. I have many friends that are marathon runners and triathletes that swear by them and take the pouches while racing. Highly recommended!
