About Essential Fatty Acids

From high quality fish oil, to organic flax seed oil, here are many different EFA’s that are rich in omega-3 and omega-6. Essential fatty acids are critical to maintaining a healthy body. Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Lemon

I love this stuff! I like it better than the caps because after they disolve you don't burp up fish taste the rest of the day. (Yuk!) Also, the lemon flavor really helps. It takes a few time toget used to it but it really becomes no big deal after a while. I started taking it for the DHA while I was pregnant and continue to do so. Read More...

Flax Max

I first became aware of Jarrow Formulas when I was searching for a creatine supplement for my brother who is a weightlifter. I like the fact that Jarrow's brand of flax is certified organic, and I can easily store the bottle in my refrigerator. Read More...

Country Life is a reliable brand and these were the most economical at my last trip to the Vitamin Shoppe. Read More...
