Highly effective for arthritis; 1 capsule a day

One of my colleagues who is over 55 had recommended this Borage Oil capsules to my father. It was great for improving rheumatoid arthritis symptoms my father had. I later learned that he was taking this as an Omega-6 supplement, along with his Omega-3 Fish Oil essential fatty acid capsules, which maximizes the effect in treating arthritis.
My father said that the 300mg of Gamma Linolenic Acid content is pretty decent compared to other products. He did try a couple of other brand Borage Oil products but this one definitely helped with his joint flexibility the most. He said that taking 2 capsules a day is enough to see marked effect over a few months' period. He believes this also helped reduce his cholesterol level. He highly recommends this.
