Disappointing on treating arthritis; not recommended

My father tried this Borage Oil from Natrol initially before he tried the 300mg one from Health From the Sun. In his opinion, this product had little to no effect on his rheumatoid arthritis, even when he took 2 or even 3 capsules a day. He could barely notice the difference, slightly less joint pain at best.
He only took 1 capsule a day with the other Health From the Sun product and he saw great improvement on his joint arthritis within few months. Well, not this one... He stopped using it after the 1st bottle and switched over to the Health From the Sun.
He did say that he likes Natrol as a brand for other dietary supplements like vitamins and fish oil but not for GLA/borage oil.
