great for hair and nails!

If you have weak hair and nails, borage oil is definitely one supplement you should try! After my first pregnancy, I experienced a lot of hair loss. My grandmother actually recommended this to me. I took one pill daily for about two months. And it only took about two weeks for me to notice the difference! My hair felt so much stronger and didn't break or fall out as often. While I never really had a problem with my nails, I also noticed them growing MUCH faster. This is definitely beneficial for the growth and upkeep of hair and nails!
Works well, but the pills are too big

I use this in combination with CLA for weight loss/maintenance, not the uses on the label. It works very well. I've only been doing it for two months and this is the first brand I've tried. The pills are quite big and actually hurt my throat when going down to the point that I had to find another brand.
