Borage Oil

I had never heard of Borage Oil before, but a doctor told me that some women use it to help with PMS. I have taken it for the last couple months and have noticed a bit of a decrease in the intensity of my cramps. While I have noticed some effect, I have not noticed anything more than taking Ibuprofen, so I would not recommend this product for the price.
