Lose Your Dangerous Belly Fat by Yvonne Werda-Woodstock, C.Ht.

I am a major, loyal CLA fan! I used this product/brand and was thrilled with it. It will take at least a month of taking at LEAST 1,000 mg 3 x's a day consistently before you start to notice a difference, but it's worth it. Even though I didn't notice a difference in the scale from healthy eating and exercise, I especially lost in the belly area after starting CLA. Belly fat is the most dangerous fat. To be honest, most brands of quality CLA, especially Tonalin CLA's, are equally effective, so watch for sales!
