No fat loss for me!

I was excited to try out this product after reading about how it can help you lose body fat while gaining muscle mass (if you are exercising, of course). I took it for 3 months religiously and saw no difference on the scale, in my clothes, or with my body fat level being reduced. I have a body fat scale and there was no difference in my body fat percentage going down while taking this product. I'm sure it is good for other things within the body, but for fat loss/muscle definition it did not work for me. I wouldn't buy this product again because it didn't do what it claimed to do. In fact, after I stopped using it, my weight started to go down again.

It is true that CLA has been reported in studies to help with reducing body fat, but I have never heard of it being effective without exercise. I have asked several of my friends that use such products as these, and the main element in making this work is to use it with an exercise program.
Is it working?

I have only been taking these for a few weeks, but studies have shown that people taking CLA lose fat (especially belly fat), even if they don't diet or exercise, so imagine what one can do if he takes it while following a full-scale fitness program. I can tell you that the capsules are easy to swallow, and have no taste whatsoever, so the experience of taking them is fine. The jury is still out on the results.
