CLA helps with weight loss and muscles

I have been taking this CLA for a couple months because I read that it helps with weight loss and with muscle recovery after exercise. I think it's a great product. I ate pretty much whatever I wanted to during Christmas and didn't gain weight at all. Also, when I started my intensive exercise program after the holidays. I didn't have as much pain from over-exertion and I think my muscles are building up quicker. I'd recommend it to anyone for these two things.
