About Essential Fatty Acids
From high quality fish oil, to organic flax seed oil, here are many different EFA’s that are rich in omega-3 and omega-6. Essential fatty acids are critical to maintaining a healthy body. Because the body cannot produce EFA’s, you must get them through foods (such as fish and certain types of seeds) or supplements. This section offers a variety of products that will provide you with the proper amounts of EFA’s your body needs.
