First off I just have to say I love this product. My back hurts all the time and the pain would not stop. The muscles in my legs would hurt daily. When I take this product it all disappears. This is a good brand that you can trust. I highly recommend this product.

Not the same

I've tried Inner Relief Emu capsules. I personally reacted better to the liquid pourable Emu oil. With the liquid Emu oil, I get a reduction in my muscle aches and the ability to rub it on externally when things are really hurting.
