EFA Gold Evening Primrose 500 mg

Great for cramps!

I get extremely painful cramps each month, and taking a dose of evening primrose oil with my vitamins helps to keep them "under control." I take a relatively high dose during my period, then this smaller dosage (500mg) the rest of the time. It truly is a lifesaver, I wouldn't be the same without it!
