Eases PMS, Chills and Sweats feeling

This product works quite well in the assistance of having less PMS or premenopausal symptoms of chills, sweats, that overall "blah" feeling. I truly appreciate it for the relief it provides myself. I take this 2 weeks out of the month.
Easy to Digest

I was told to buy evening primrose oil pills when I was pregnant & full term to help ripen my cervix. I am not sure that it worked, but I think it did. I ended up having an extremely fast labor & delivery less than a week, after I started taking them two times per day. My doctor was even shocked that I went so quickly being it was my first child. I will definitely be buying these pill again next time I am pregnant & full term. I have also recommended them to many friends.
Great Inside & Out

Initially I loved using these to pop open with a needle, several at a time as an additive to my homemade sugar facial scrub. Although it is an oil, it has properties that prevent clogging pores while moisturizing the skin.
Now at night, I pop one and smooth it over my face and neck as a light night cream. Instead of waking up with a still greasy feeling face, it leaves me with a dew-like, well balanced texture.
More recently I have began taking one orally with my daily vitamins after reading up and finding it also had internal benefits as well as external.
I love it. I add it to face creams, and use it often when doing facials and it is one of the most important additive to my sugar and/or salt scrubs.
Hot Flashes reduced

Evening Primrose Oil gel caps can help tremendously reduce the number of hot flashes I have due to menopause. Taking up to four gel caps a day, can help me to get thru the day with minimal hot flashes, and sleep much better through the night. I find that without taking Evening Primrose Oil gel caps, the number of hot flashes increases, and so does my irritability. There is definitely a more restful sleep attained, because of taking these gel caps.
