Good for more than PMS

Not only does Evening Primrose relieve mild PMS symptoms, it is great for your skin. I suffer from mild eczema outbreaks and my doctor recommended trying evening primrose oil before going with a prescription medication. It really helps and I like finding a natural product that meets my health needs.

I experience PMS every month and it can be quite awful at times.
