Evening Primrose Oil
From the Manufacturer:
Gamma-linolenic acid or GLA, and linoleic acid are essential, polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are used by most cells in the body to produce the soothing prostaglandins (intracellular hormone-like messengers), that help maintain the balance of many functions in the body.
Good Stuff by jennifer w

I started using evening primrose when my mother suggested it to me. It makes my skin so soft and my hair has never looked better. I is a great product and I have to make sure I pick some up sine I am running low.
Ouch! by Tiffany

I tried this first as an substitute for Borage Oil. BIG MISTAKE. It gave me the BIGGEST headache I've ever had. This is not the only brand I used and they both did. I couldn't use it long enough to find out if it worked for the CLA/GLA combo. Maybe I did something wrong?
