Great Fish Oil, though somewhat highly priced..
by Jordan S

As far as fish oil goes, this is some of the best you can get! It's very well tested and is found to be very pure. Though purity may seem basic enough, when it comes to fish oil, you have to do your homework. You might be surprised how many fish oils are found to be impure, and how many others are not even tested! Any benefit you may gain from fish oil could be far outweighed by contamination of mercury, lead, or other contaminants. As far as fish oil goes, it's pretty standard; fish oil is basically fish oil, but purity is usually the big issue! BioSynergy has done a good job proving the purity of their fish oil, which I believe more companies need to do. Most companies simply claim purity, but BioSynergy points you directly to the testing evidence done by an outside party. I personally take 2-4 capsules per day. I feel when I do not take them I lose mental focus and clarity, and do not have as much energy! I also notice that my skin and complexion are healthier when I take fish oil! Besides being a bit more expensive than some other competing fish oils, you really can't go wrong with BioSynergy's fish oil, give it a try!

Best fish oil I found

According to consumer labs, this product, and others, tested free of mercury and other contaminants. You can read the review here. http://www.consumerlab.com/results/omega3.asp

This item is great for what it is. If you are looking for a good fish oil supplement, you won't go wrong with this. My sis is taking fish oil while pregnant on the advice of an allergist. Taking fish oil while pregnant has recently been linked to lower rates of allergies in children who have a family history. This was the only brand she & I found that stated no detectable levels of mercury - which is critical while pregnant. My doctor also recommended freezing them - it cuts down on the fishy after taste.
