I love this stuff! I like it better than the caps because after they disolve you don't burp up fish taste the rest of the day. (Yuk!) Also, the lemon flavor really helps. It takes a few time toget used to it but it really becomes no big deal after a while. I started taking it for the DHA while I was pregnant and continue to do so. (My daughter is now 7 months old.) Make sure to do your research on Fish oils of any kind. Get them from a reputable brand to ensure low mercury levels. (They test.)
