As a person who does not eat any fish products but would love to heap the rewards and nutrients from the sea, I decided to go ahead and try this product. The capsules are easy to swallow and it does not bother my stomach or taste bad. It is hard to tell if they work or not since it mainly targets the cardiovascular. However, I guess time will tell at my next physician check-up!
