good for hypercholesterol

I have familial hypercholesterolemia, which is also known as high cholesterol. And, my doctor told me that I needed to either eat healthier (more fish, less shrimp/egg yolk/ red meat) or else I would have to start taking cholesterol lowering medications. Instead of having to cook fish for myself everyday, I decided to buy these supplements. Surprisingly, they work really well. When I got my blood tested last month, my bad cholesterol (LDL) went down and my good cholesterol (HDL) went up. And, these supplements are not too hard to take- drink a lot of water so they won't get stuck in your throat. I also like them because they don't taste or smell fishy.

Omega-3 is missing is on so many contemporary American diets, and it's mostly found in fish. This line by Jigsaw is an effective method of getting your daily requirements; it has a blend of sardines, mackerel, and salmon which isn't found in all soft gel brands. I noticed results in my skin about 3 weeks after daily use; highly recommended!
