Consumption of Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. My husband and I have used this brand of fish oil supplement for over a year, and are very happy with this product. It leaves no fishy aftertaste, is easy to swallow (although the pill is quite large), and we believe it has helped reduce my husband's total cholesterol count. Overall, this is a solid product!
