Fish oil works but if you have to taste it you wont like it

As a child my mother used to give my sister and I fish oil on the regular so we wouldn't get sick. Well we rarely caught colds but we were definitely sick of swallowing nasty ol' fish oil liquid. When I got older I wanted the results of fish oil but not the taste at all. I found these capsules and have been taking them for about a year now. I really like them and I love that I don't have to feel sick as I take them :)

While I am not a big fan of fish oil products, I do like this one. It doesn't taste bad, it doesn't make me sick, and it doesn't give me bad breath. Since I need EPA and DHA I turned to fish products, and this is the only one I can stand.
