Skin/Brain/Heart-Beneficial, but Not a Cure-All

If you're following dosage instructions, you may see improvements in concentration, skin tone, and cholesterol within a relatively short time -- after just 60 days of using Mega Twin EPA, I saw a 28-point drop in "bad" cholesterol levels, a noticeably clearer complexion, and a welcome increase in concentration and cognitive functions. Granted, I had also begun exercising regularly, drinking more water, increasing my fiber intake, and cutting back on trans-fats and sugars. So, while anecdotal evidence can be compelling -- especially with medical evidence to support the benefits of Omega-3 consumption --you'll see far greater results if you combine Omega-3 supplements with an overall positive change in lifestyle.

The most noticeable effect this had on me, was improvement of my skin. I had less breakouts. I also noticed a slight improvement in my concentration. I do recommend this product, since it has been proven to support brain, nerve, and visual function (see above) and there were some immediate benefits for me as well.
