Great for arthritis symptoms

I've been suffering from arthritic pain in my hands and knees for years, and a doctor recommended supplements of cod liver oil on a regular basis. I've been hesitant to try it, but this brand was worth the investment. I simply take a dose each night before bed, and I feel very refreshed each morning. It doesn't taste great, but is a valuable supplement that can be mixed with other vitamins/meals for a potent effect. I would recommend this brand for its high quality dosage and price.

This I actually have tried. I take it once a week for general health effects and for constipation. I'm impressed with the product myself. Studies tell us that this is another one of those general health musts.
