I have taken this product for several months and feel great. My joints, hair, and skin all feel better than they ever have before. Joints feel like they have extra lubricant, my hair is shiny and full, and my skin is clear and has that natural glow. I recommend this to everyone as we get many of the essential fatty acids in one gel capsule. Incredible.


Good for Me

I use this for maybe weird reasons. I do not eat any kind of seafood at all, so I do not get any of the Omega fats. I am currently breastfeeding and am told that these are essential for babies' development. So I take a supplement to help get that into me and her.
