Not as good as fish oil

I really wanted these to work well so that I wouldn't have to take those terrible tasting fish oil capsules, but these just didn't do the job. I noticed no difference at all, even after finishing the entire bottle. With the fish oil capsules, I could see the difference in my hair, my skin, and even my mood. With this, I just didn't see any difference. If you absolutely cannot take fish oil capsules, then this would be a good flax oil to try because it's organic, but I think it would take quite awhile for it to work.
