Good enough for ALA but no Omega-3!

I have purchased this in the past but later returned it. My friend alerted me to the fact that this product did not contain the KEY Omega-3 fatty acids like DHA offered in other popular Flax Seed capsule products. This product does contain 500mg of ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid) including 120mg of Linoleic Acid and 140mg of Oleic and you can get this for less than $7 at a retail pharmacy but there's a reason why they are cheaper. My doctor also later said to look for at least 300mg of DHA in these Flax Seed Omega-3 products. I can only give 2.5 out of 5 on this product.
