Too expensive

I have been eating flax for years. I am completely convinced of it's antioxidant power, and using it makes me feel smart. I tried this product, against my better judgement due to it's price, compared to the raw seeds. I did not buy it again because for the price, it did not do anything extra for me.

Rare Organic Flaxseed product but some downside

NSI's flaxseed oil is one of the rare Certified Organic flaxseed oil product you will find in the market. My parents have used this product for a few months for intake of essential fatty acids (EFAs). Omega-3 EFA's may play a role in overall health by helping to support cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
Only downside that later had my parents switch to another Organic brand was the fact that this product did not quantify how much of each of the EFA's it contained including DHA, alpha linolenic acid, etc. It just states 1,000 mg of EFA. They wanted higher DHA content. You can get this product for less than $10 at discount on the web.
