Great alternative

My mom has high cholestrol and has used many different products but this one seems to work the best. It is a great alternative to fish oil for a healthy heart because it does not have a terrible smell or taste. My grandfather also recently started using it for his cholestrol. He says that you should use the product for a little over a month to see the difference. Another great plus is that you can pay ten dollars for a supply that will last you for more than three months. It is great for a helathy heart in general, not only for cholestrol.
Don't Like Fish?

Flax seed oil is a very strong source of Omega-3 fatty acids. My brother-in-law takes it as part of his less stress/bad heart problems although it is not recommended for those with diabetes, which he also has. My advice to him and you would be to stick to salmon, sardines, mackerel, and anchovies, but if you do not like fish nor have the health problems he does, this would be the way to go.
