Several years ago, I went to my physician complaining of digestive (stomach acidity) discomfort and anxiety. One of the things she recommended for me was to start taking a flax supplement. I have been taking this particular flax supplement for about six months, and think it is very good. Overall, I think that flax has helped my digestive process, and I feel a bit more energetic, also.

I take this daily to maintain my health. I have been taking this product for about a year. I also take this as a energy booster. I love that this flax oil is organic. The taste is good but not great. This gives me energy when I need and it leaves me feeling good. I highly recommend this product.
