Great for cramps!

I get extremely painful cramps each month, and taking a dose of evening primrose oil with my vitamins helps to keep them "under control." I take a relatively high dose during my period, then this smaller dosage (500mg) the rest of the time. It truly is a lifesaver, I wouldn't be the same without it!
breast health

I suffer from cystic breast disease, it is a very lumpy situation. I read about this in a health book a while ago. Along with excersize and no coffee, this helped my condition greatly. It is a work in progress.
