Improves skin and hair

I've been taking this product for three months and have definitely seen improvement in my hair and skin. The price is a little high since they recommend you take the product four times daily. I find it better to take the product with food.

Longer life?

I started taking this supplement because I heard about my great-aunt who lived to almost a hundred years old! She consumed a tablespoon of olive oil per day. So I thought about taking a supplement. As for now, I am not sure about the longevity part of this using olive oil. But this supplement is great for me because I do not cook with olive oil at home. I do not see any changes or results yet but Olive oil is great for the health. For $10 a jar, it is definitely worth it for this supplement for those of you who do not cook with olive oil.
