I have used this product because it is an important supplement to maintain overall health and can improve the quality of your skin. Flaxseed oils are a potent source of EFAs, essential fatty acids. These are fats that your body do not produce and thus are essential. Don't worry, you won't get fat off the oils, rather the omega-3,6 and 9 in the flaxseed help to increase metabolism and fat loss by allowing your body to function at optimal levels. I use this product daily with my meals, to help with my fat loss. I have lost close to 20 lb. with help from this product.
Works for Dogs!

I had a friend recommend this to me when I complained about my dog shedding all over my house. She is a yellow lab and it was awful. So, I took my friend's advice and started giving them to my dog wrapped in bread. She would just swallow them whole. It did help keep her skin and hair healthy, which in turn kept the hair from shedding as much. She did still shed some, but not nearly as bad as before!

I have known that this is the only product which thickens your hair again if it is falling out. In fact, it seems to actually stop it. It cures and soothes the worst cases of dry scaly skin, whether it is weeping or not. I have used it topically to CURE cracked heels and the worst horrific flaking skin where I saw beautiful miracles with the elderly. I have had very sensitive skin all of my life. Since taking flax seed, I never need to use mass amounts of lotion to keep it hydrated or healthy anymore and my energy has also improved. I plan to start supplementing with both flax seed oil and fish oil in reasonable quantities
