Using for heart health

My doc recommend Flax seed oil (cold press specifically) as a supplement for my heart. I also have slightly high cholesterol and am looking to reduce it. I began taking this five months ago, along with fish oil and other regular supplements. I had my cholesterol drop 20 points from 229 to 209. I have NOT lost weight, so it has to be due to the products I am using. 209 isn't great, but it's a lot better. My LDL is still too high, but my good cholesterol is excellent now. I NEVER used to believe in any vitamins or supplements whatsoever, but you really cannot deny results like that or deny the research into the benefits of oils (fish, flaxseed) which is readily available to anyone who want can google.

I started taking flaxseed oil as a way to help reduce my cholesterol a natural way without prescription drugs. While I'm not exactly sure this is helping I am going to finish off the bottle and then have my cholesterol tested. I used to take flaxseed and sprinkle it on my cereal but it seemed to give me indigestion. The oil doesn't bother me that way. I have noticed that my knees haven't been bothering me as much, and am wondering if the oil is helping me for that.

I added fax oil to my diet over 2 years ago, and I am again happy with another product by Purtain's Pride. I really do like their diet supplements. I'm not claiming any miracle happens, but I sure do feel better since I have been taking flax oil.

After being diagnosed with high cholesterol, flaxseed oil was one of the supplements my doctor highly suggested I begin taking. This product was high quality and wonderful. After only 2 months of consuming this product, my cholesterol dropped almost 25 points!
