Great for cramps! by T. Danger

I get extremely painful cramps each month, and taking a dose of evening primrose oil with my vitamins helps to keep them "under control." I take this relatively high dose during my period, then a smaller dosage (500mg) the rest of the time. It truly is a lifesaver; I wouldn't be the same without it!
