As a long term nutrition conscious person and amatuer bodybuilder, I have built up an extensive list of products I have tried. garlic and flax oil are two staples I have never veered from, but have experimented with many brands.
I found this in a small nutrition store near my home and after reading the label, figured I'd give it a try. This had the two ingredients I was looking for, and more. The antioxidants from garlic and chili, combined with flax oil, are excellent sources for EFA's.
I plan on using this one much more.
