For several years I had been reading health magazine articles about the many benefits offered to the heart and arteries that are derived from fish oils, especially Omega 3, which was considered to be a prime supplement to maintain a healthier cardiovascular system and better cholesterol levels due to a reduction of plaque in the arteries. After later hearing that other Omega fatty acids were helpful to maintain healthy joints, I decided to try this product since it contained the full range...Omega 3, 6 and 9. The added benefits include those for the skin, as well as reducing the need for additonal supplements of Vitamin E, when often not available in the normal diet, more than half of the RDA recommended which is contained in this supplement.
A reduction in blod clot formation and clogged arteries common in the sedentary middle-aged is a prime reasoning for adding daily oral Omega fatty acid supplements to your vitamin and mineral schedule, as they smooth the lining of the arteries and enable blood to flow through more efficiently, increasing the circulation of blood throughout the body, therefore perhaps preventing most forms of AS heart problems ( hardening of the arteries ).
Having noted early on a clear increase in joint mobility since starting the supplement, I was very interested in it's long term effects on rheumatoid or osteo-arthritis, as well. As this product also contains Omega fatty acids from flax, as well as fish oil, my lower digestive system has become more regular as a bonus. Since these are good fats found in fish, unlike common unhealthy saturated fats from beef and pork, they are the "good for you" quick and easy version of what one would get on a healthy regular diet of fish three times a week. However, few folks follow that type of healthy dining habit, so this product is excellent to take up the slack from too many take out meals and not enough quality natural foods. The product comes as a soft gel, very easy to swallow and completely tasteless, and it's being from the high standards found in Puritan's Pride makes this a quality winner!
Triple Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids for skin, heart, cells

Having been part of an experimental study for a new internal treatment for eczema last year, I found the natural product I was to try contained a high dosage of Omega 3 fatty acids!!
