Health from the sun makes a very good product- in terms of all their products. They have existed a long time because of their quality standards, and I believe that when using supplements. This is so important because of the amount of fake and low quality products on the market, especially with fish oils. with that said. I would absolutely recommend this product. When choosing a fish oil, it is important to opt for one that has been molecularly distilled. I used it while pregnant to assure that I would receive my omegas. EFA's, most specifically omega 6 are incredible for helping with hormonal imbalances, and due to the proper balance with this product, during my pregnancy I never experienced mood swings.

This stuff is wonderful--it doesn't taste fishy--afterwards, or when you burp, it's just great. It made my hair look nice, helped tremendously with my allergies and improved my skin! The only drawback is that it did make me very prone to bruising, so if you already bruise easily, I would not recommend this at all.
