I have always been convinced of the benefits of Cod Liver Oil but could not stand the taste or smell. Well, that is history. Recently, I was introduced to this brand of Cod Liver Oil and am so pleased with the taste. I have also shared the difference with my family and friends. Thanks for a Great Product

Great for arthritis symptoms

I've been suffering from arthritic pain in my hands and knees for years, and a doctor recommended supplements of cod liver oil on a regular basis. I've been hesitant to try it, but this brand was worth the investment. I simply take a dose each night before bed, and I feel very refreshed each morning. It doesn't taste great, but is a valuable supplement that can be mixed with other vitamins/meals for a potent effect. I would recommend this brand for its high quality dosage and price.
