Energy when food is not an option
This product was recommended by my local pharmacist as an energy/food supplement, so I thought I would gave it a try. It's great, as it replenishes your energy and gives you vital chemicals for your body's regular needs. However, if you are looking for a food replacement, or as a "diet pill," this is not for you. It does not stop your body from "telling" you that you're hungry.

I took an Acai supplement for a while last year. It seemed to help my digestion because I was not constipated as often as I had been. I also lost 10 lbs. in a couple of months without really dieting or feeling hungry. I recommend Acai supplements to family and friends when the subject comes up. I may very well order some more of my own this summer!
