I tried this product after I was told what it did for someone's cholestoral. They said their numbers dropped from 265 to 185 in 6 months. Because I did not want to use drugs, I tried it. In 6 months I went from 275 to 187. This is a great product, except for the taste and smell. It is absolutely awful. I have been taking it for 2 1/2 years, and can take it no problem. But the results make up for the taste and smell.
