If any of you have eaten pomegranate in the past, you'll probably remember how messy it was to actually take apart and eat. I've been searching for something with similar benefits, and when I came across this, I was fairly happy about it. I really do love the taste of the actual fresh Pomegranate, but if I was in a hurry or didn't want the hassle, I would try this long-term. I took about half the bottle, on and off, and traded it with eating the fruit. When I'm in a hurry, I take this. I'd recommend it for those who don't want to deal with the hassle of a fresh Pomegranate.
Shocked at the price...

My mom bought this product for me as a gift several months back. My family is really into nutrition and health foods, so it was a friendly gesture but kind of a typical little present exchanged between us. I take a tablet of this twice a day just as instructed with the other supplements I take, and to be honest, I don't really think more of it one way or another. I guess it really does all its work inside your body, so I should hope it's doing good work. When I saw the product on here I decided to review it and was shocked to see how much it cost. I hope my mom didn't pay that much for it, but when I run out I know I won't be purchasing refills. I am just pretty indifferent to the product.
Expensive

Pomegranate helps me in relaxation and getting sound sleep. I take it daily. Pomactiv works well in helping me achieve that but I have since stopped taking it, however, not because it did not work but because it is very expensive and I found cheaper ones that do the same thing for me.
Great results...too expensive?

You don't need to buy the most expensive product (i.e., THIS) to get the great results of pomegranates. I love what pomegranate does for me, whether in liquid or capsule form. It increases my energy level even when I sleep a couple hours less in a given night. It also helps my breathing to be more even and clear, without any chest congestion! PomActive Extract is well-balanced, but consider a cheaper version of the same ingredients.
