I have been using this product for about 5 months now and feel much better for it. For the first few weeks I did feel abit off but because my body wasnt use to getting good nutrients before I felt my body was in bit of a shocked to get this and went throught a bit of a detox.Now i feel fantastic! would recommend this product if you dont eat enought fruit and veg's.Give your body time to adjust to this good stuff that you are giving it.

I tried this product when I had an very busy schedule and was not getting the proper amount of nutrients from food. This product caused me to have an very dry and scratchy throat. I also felt very weak after taking it. I tried this product hoping it would help me but it did not do that. I would not take this product again.

It has some very basic nutrients and compounds but don't carry as much as is necessary compared to other supplements. It's better to eat natural than this artificial stuff so I would not recommend it. This supplement also gives you a sore throat sometimes and you might possibly feel dizzy. May vary person to person. I've been taking it for a few weeks and it has been horrible.
