My mother uses this vitamin in conjunction with the Sunny Green "Veggie Complete." She told me that she is satisfied with these products, but complained about the amount of pills that "one dosage" consists of. In order to get the complete nutrients of both supplements, you must take 4 pills daily. This is not only inconvenient, but not cost effective. I would recommend researching a supplement that offers all nutrients in a one pill dosage.

I didn't care for this product because it only provides certain nutrients. After buying it, I found out that the manufacturer recommends that you also take Vegetable Complete to get full antioxidant benefits. I'd rather have a vitamin that combines the benefits of fruits and vegetables instead of separate vitamins for each.
